7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase and whose performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.

By validating the order, the user accepts immediate performance and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

The purchase grants only a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use.
